In a world where dogs are caught in a battle between loyalty and rebellion, Tripp, a noble mutt, fights to save his species from a sinister plot to break the bond between humans and canines forever. Throughout the story, we follow Tripp's life journey from a down-and-out mutt in search of his kidnapped family to being heralded as a world-renowned leader among his kind. Tripp finds himself at odds with a rival gang leader who is controlled by a mad scientist hellbent on changing the natural order of dog as "man's best friend" to man's worst enemy — with her holding the strings.
